U have serious sleep deprivation! I cannot sleep most days like I am up now and it is 7:57am and i have yet to sleep! Hypnotic sayings like such don’t work for me, do u suggest anything else!

I would suggest trying the Sleep Secret Audio’s. Most folks are finding that they fall asleep and stay asleep after about seven minutes of listening to the audio’s.
